I actually really liked this. the only reason i read it was bc it was the only title i recognized on ms. mitchell's shelf, but it was definitely worth it. i almost cried and i talked about it with my social studies teacher mrs. helmer so that was fun too. it was really good and not as cheesy as i had expected. really good writing and im looking forward to reading more of john green's books. sometimes the dialogue was a bit cheesy but it was bearable. i didn't cry like everyone else in the reviews is saying they did. which is weird because i typically cry at every book i read LOL. anyways it was definitely sad AND "cry-worthy" and it almost did it for me but it didnt! not like im deducting any points for that because maybe i just was not in the right mood.
