Omg all the pieces are coming together. It’s crazy how everything is connected!

This book was probably my least favorite of the series and I’ll address why. I am very excited for the finale, though, bc everyone will finally be working together!

SPOILERS AHEAD

I didn't like the shadow man. Or dainn. He’s just an obsessive stalker at the end of the day. I know he has a plant to take the syndicate down but I feel like he could have saved so many kids. And he constantly toyed with Lyla. And he decided what was best for her and withheld her from Tristan?? Dude.

I liked Lyla. Or should I say Luna!? It’s crazy how all the pieces are falling together. I feel bad for her. Also I wish she stayed angry at Dainn longer bc miss girl was right he is manipulative & just was obsessive of her. I hope she reunited with tristan soon.

My main issue with dainn is all the other MMCs are morally gray but like at the end of the day, their morals are there. All he said was “I draw the line at children…” like ok dude you also don't seem to help any others.

The fact xander us luna’s kid is insane. Idek how I didn’t guess that.

Hector dying was poetic justice. I can’t believe 4 of the 5 people in charge of the syndicate are dead. I’m hoping the 5th one is some crazy plot twist.

Overall, I just didn't care for this one as much. I liked all the other couples better bc they seemed to have genuinely better people. Dainn better watch out.
