First of all, STUNNING cover. As for the book contents itself, I absolutely loved Queenie and was so excited to see a Caribbean mermaid! However, I feel like the shape shifting/mermaid aspect of the book took a backseat to the sex scenes. I wish we’d have been able to spend more time on either the whole mermaid thing or at least relationship development with the male MC’s. Although very spicy, I felt like she only really had a genuine connection with Slug and uhh I forgot his name but second in command. The other 3 I felt like we’re just there.
