I feel like this is a book that is enjoyable for some people, and yet others won't get it. The latter is me. Don't get me wrong, Handler's writing is amazing and the plot was solid and flowed well. Yet, I couldn't really connect properly. Maybe that's because I've never fallen in love, never had a passionate relationship and never really seen a boy "in that way", but the love story just didn't touch me in ways it did for others. In fact, I got really annoyed with the main character, Min, instead. It just didn't feel right, right from the beginning, which is what she tried to articulate, but in a way that made it seem like it was the boys fault instead.

Still, it is sweet at somes, and sad at others, which are conveyed very well. I did manage to get pulled into some emotions, but overall I read this in a really flat manner.
