Oishinbo a la carte, Volume 3 - Ramen and Gyoza by Akira Hanasaki, Tetsu Kariya

4.0

Didn't hold my interest as much as the other books, I think because I expected there to be more about ramen but it was more about the noodles other ramen-related dishes. It really should have been called "dishes adapted from chinese dishes" but I suppose that's a little unwieldy. Some interesting racial politics in the last "chapter".
