The Queen of Ansgt has done it again.

High school senior, Haven and her best friend visit the local biker bar using fake IDs. As soon as she walks in an angry Hayes stops her and sends her out the door. Haven is a girl who fights for what she wants.  The next week she shows back up on her eighteenth birthday demanding a job.  When he turns her down, she finds a way and is hired by Hayes' biker dad.

This story is full of tension, heat, and some suspense.  Haven and Hayes' story is emotional and heartbreaking at times and I could feel their agony.

I loved Haven's sass. She's not one to back down.  She's not one to let Hayes or her brothers boss her around.

Hayes is the perfect broody, possessive, high-handed, and tortured hero. I was obsessed with him and the way he protected Haven.

Haven and Hayes have an instant connection and explosive chemistry.  He tries to push her away to protect her but she's going to get what she wants.

This is the first book in the upcoming Beckham Dynasty, an enemies-to-lovers series. This can be read as a standalone. Haven and Hayes get their HEA but the ending sets up for the next book….with a slight cliffhanger for what's to come.

If you love angst, morally gray heroes, forbidden relationships, and strong heroines grab this one immediately.
