My Friend Anna: The True Story of a Fake Heiress
by Rachel DeLoache Williams
I was so intrigued by this story and couldn't wait to get the book. I finished it quickly, but it was INCREDIBLY repetitive. Truly. How many long text convos did the author need to include, demonstrating that Anna was not going to pay her? Tedious. Also, she wrote so repetitively about her relationship as well as about how she does not express emotions. Also, I wish there had been more detail about how exactly Anna scammed people, her upbringing, etc etc. I guess this book wasn't the place for that but I still would have liked to read about that more.
