After hearing from Laura Piper Lee at the launch of this book and hearing her say that the audiobook was amazing, I knew I had to pick it up, and she was so right!
This book was sexy, funny, heartwarming, and made me want wine, which doesn't happen that often! Our characters felt real, complicated, and difficult, and their internal growth was palpable. Zoe and Laine's relationship had a lot of miscommunication, but it didn't feel fake; rather, it felt like they were too people who needed to grow and had to make some changes to move forward.
The side characters were fun, and it was so good to see Hannah and River's wedding, even if it was Lord of the Rings themed! This book was laugh-out-loud funny, and I couldn't stop listening!
