Madeline Miller’s way of telling the story of Patroclus and Achilles is one of the most beautiful things I have ever read. My heart was broken at the end of it, and I was left feeling melancholy and sorrow. It is the kind of book you cannot put down, but you also do not want it to end. 

 

The Song of Achilles is a breathtaking book, simple as that.
