Again, but Better
by Christine Riccio

WOW. I was pleasantly surprised with this book. First of all I really wanna talk about TAYLOR FRIKIN SWIFT! I was waiting my whole life to see a book mantioning, and Christine did more than that, I loved it! She includes a lot of pop culture refs and I did enjoy most of them, but some others, for example Lost, I did not get and I think that could be a problem for someone who doesnt have the same interests as Christine.
Let's talk about the characters
Shane I really liked in the first half, then in the second half not so much, I mean the girl needs to make up her mind! But overall she was great.
Pilot I really did not like in the first half, I mean come on can you really not talk to your friends for a completely stupid reason? But on the second half, I really liked him.
Btw the characters, the first time around, idk they just did not feel like 20 year olds to me, more like 16 or 17.
We can all agree that Babe it the best.
Generally in the plot there were some holes, but I didnt really care, because well it is Christine's first book, but other than that, it actually felt like reading a cute contemporary novel and it was really flowing, not one boring moment!
NOW lets talk some time travelling. LIKE OMG WHAT? I was so confused like what is going on now? I didnt know about it, noone warned me, noone gave away any clues for it, it was a turn that I completely did not expect and HOW AWSOME WAS IT? I always think what it would be like if I relived some moments of my life, but with the knowledge I have now. So I really did like that.
Overall it was a delightful experience, definately looking forward to reading her next one!!!!
Also I just want to say that Christine is an amazing person and was really thoughtful for writing this. I am in college and I can feel how Shane is feeling, I can understand her feelings (even though if you ask my friends I have it all figured out...) It's very rare to find a book that you need so bad in the time you want it and I am so glad that Christine decided to put this out the year I was 20! Christine I know you'll never read this, but i just wanted to say thank you!
