I think I should have skipped the early parts of this book that I found so slow going and jumped straight to Chapter 5 onwards, where the meat of the ideas to deal with kids anxiety kick in.
Turns out I have started doing a heap of them anyway, but the ideas would have been great a couple of years ago!
