I love the Bridgerton series on netflix and before the show I didn’t know this was a book series so I decided to purchase all the Bridgerton books and these prequels and started reading the prequels first before the Bridgerton ones. This is the 3rd one of the series and I just have found them hard to get through and that the last 100 pages are the best of the whole book. I also get that the Rokesby’s are neighbors but 3 of the 4 end up with Bridgerton’s? I understand that she probably did that to play off the success of the Bridgerton books but I would have liked for there to be some switching up to make these more interesting I guess…I don’t know. This one was probably by favorite of the prequels so far but still I haven’t been that impressed. I’m hoping I like the Bridgerton siblings books better!
