This story made me feel all kinds of emotions. It definitely hit home for me and I felt resemblances in my own life. It took me longer to read than most books as the topics written were devastatingly sad but also so real. I have a lot of empathy for the characters and family members in this book. It really opened my eyes to mental illness and it’s spoke the words of how I feel. 

This isn’t an easy read in terms of dark topics but it’s truly an amazing story and one that has stuck with me after I finished it.
