It was such a poignant and beautiful story. I love how we got to live life with him and learn new things, too.
In the beginning of the book I understood right away why it was one of the banned books. And it is so sad that such a masterpiece is banned.
It’s the first book I read of Khaled but definitely not the last. His writing is beautiful. Throughout the whole book I had chills, tears and I gasped. It as truly amazing.
“For you a 1000 times over”
This sentence still gives me so many chills and brings tears to my eyes and a big smile.
