I generally like the Jack Reacher books but this title had some rather serious flaws. Without giving any spoilers, the method by which the victims are murdered was improbable at best and it seriously took me out of the story. I also didn't care at all for the author's portrayal of the FBI characters, in particular, the women. It was clearly written without much thoughtfulness put into fleshing out the characters and Harper seemed to be added as a way to tempt Reacher as opposed to being a functioning FBI agent.
I will definitely pick up the next title because I enjoy the series as a whole but this one was not a favorite.
