I enjoyed the story again as the characters traveled to a new city, New Orleans. So much so in fact that I think I might be booking a trip there soon. Anyway, the characters of this book really just make it. The banter between Jacob & Laura & Cassidy is great and each experience with a different being or whatever you want to call them that keep coming out of the Veil is so interesting and done with such detail you can truly picture them. Love this trilogy!
