Interesting story... really cheesy book. I needed a book for a "teen" section on a reading bingo for my local library so I picked this one because it takes place in my home state. It was a little too young for me - the writing and the characters. Interesting plot, though, and I could see this being made into a movie. The last chapter made me roll my eyes. Talk about corny.
