The Happiest Man on Earth
by Eddie Jaku
📚📚SATURDAY NON-FICTION REVIEWS 📚📚
I don’t think non-fiction Saturday’s are a thing but let’s make it one today. Just a reminder I don’t get star ratings to non-fiction.
The happiest man on earth by Eddie jaku must read such a great reflection on life and hiw to choose yo live his life after surviving auschwitz concentration camp. I think about him and his family a lot after reading this book.
It’s only drowning by David Litt
This book is from a former Obama speechwriter and forging a relationship with his brother-in-law that is a joe Rogan fan. He writes about assumptions we make and how we do have more common ground then we think. I thought it was interesting and a good reminder to us to make those relationships and find the common ground. The writing is really good in this book.
Crushmore by Nava Kavelin, penn Bartley and Sophia Ansari
This is a collection of essays about love, loss and coming of age during your middle school years. I really like penn Badgley but enjoyed the essays from his costars the best. It’s interesting what happens to us during middle school can shape our lives.
Thank you to @gallerybooks for the gifted copies of it’s only drowning and crush more. It’s good to read non fiction and think about things deeply
