The book started out interesting but the protagonist is very annoying. I thought this book was going to be more about Alicia but instead, it was a whiny, depressed man. Theo was just not a likable character to me and it made the book boring. The plot twist was good but not to the extent people said it was. That being said, the actual ending felt like the author ran out of ideas for what to write. The only parts of this book I enjoyed were Alicia's diary entries and the plot twist. The rest of the book and the characters were boring. Also, he was so unprofessional. So stupid.
