This book was tricky! I was looking for the thing to explain what was happening, and as a result I was suspicious of the wrong person. Leo Drakos remarries a woman with a murky past. It's unclear what happened to the mother of his children, but what you think isn't what is.... a fast read. Enjoyed it, although because I felt tricked maybe it isn't a 5 star read for me.
