I really love this book and the series. The characters were top notch, so query and endearing and the plot was engaging but not heart pounding  and it came together so well.  I was looking for a cozy mystery and The author delivered in the best way. It’s messy, funny read much like a telenovela. Lots of loveable characters, lots of subplots, a lot of weaving back and forth between the plots.  I love that, but I did have to pay attention and several times go back and reread a couple of pages.
