Not getting to the actual mystery for nearly 200 pages really threw me off. And with well over 400 pages to go after that, it was hard for me to recover. Larsson's writing style is a little "and then this happened, and then that happened" for me, but ultimately I liked the mystery. My only complaint is that I felt like they only really honed in on what was going on in the last 75 pages. The rest of the book was important context, especially for Salander's life, but not necessarily for the mystery.
