Leslie F*cking Jones by Leslie Jones

4.0

I read the audiobook version, and I must say, Leslie does a great job narrating her story. You can really feel all of her emotions, and she makes you feel like you were there with her during most of her experiences. The book itself had various ebs and flows, and I could find myself losing focus at times, but to her credit, Leslie would always pull you right back in. I imagine that some of the things Leslie says about certain situations and her views on herself at times will rub some people the wrong way. But I think those differences in opinion can make some of the best material, and I also think that her sense of self is a big contributor to her success. Maybe not my top autobiography, but it's definitely not a waste of time.
