The Wedding Crasher by Mia Sosa
3.0
Really enjoyed this Own Voices Brazilian Latinx read. Loved the extended family dynamics and of course the food. Now I really want empanadas.
The fake dating trope is always interesting and this one had a couple curve balls that made it even more so. I like how opposite Dean and Solange we're in many ways.
I felt like there were a couple scenes thrown in that were only there for shock value, but other than that enjoyed the book.
I especially liked how both Dean and Solange we're on a journey of self discovery and eventually figured out the next steps for their lives.
I received an advanced copy of this book through NetGalley. This is my honest review.
