Absolutely incredible book. Yes, it's sad but that is what The Great Depression was -- depressing. But it somehow still had redemption, love, hope and inspiration sprinkled through it. Don't miss out on the author's note! Def an auto-buy author for me. I know this book will stick with me for so long.
