Recommended to me by my 22 yo daughter who felt the book had applicable life lessons for all ages. I appreciated the research/data interspersed. The biggest decision you will make in your life is who you marry. Lots of great advice about work/career choices, love, and body/brain. The author is a therapist so much of the book includes antidotes with her clients
