What the actual hell. This book was the most grotesque, horrifying and graphic thing I’ve ever read. I think (?) I liked the story, and I definitely wanted to find out what happened in the end, but I HATED how graphic it was. I’m not a prude but Jesus this was a lot. Slow for awhile, but once I got into the book it really moved. I can’t believe all the terrible things that happened, but the ending was everything I wanted.
