Master of One by Dani Bennett, Jaida Jones

This was a REALLY inspiring book for a TTRPG Dungeon Master. It has a LOT of really cool ideas that I would love to use in my Homebrew game. As a general reader, I did enjoy it, but part of me feels like it would be even better if it was shorter, there were a several times that I was just waiting for things to move along.

The romance was slow, and not as pining and double sided as I would like. But I liked the characters even if I felt like the chemistry was missing.

Another part of me felt like we were paying attention to too many different characters, and I dont know if it was done as well as it could have been, BUT at the same time I dont think it was done poorly. I LOVE fantasy in movies and games but admittedly I do struggle with it in books (I think its because it tends to drag a little).

That being said I did enjoy it a lot and If there is another book (which I assume there is), I will probably pick it up.
