Amalfi coast, literal Orient Express, a writer with a secret who bases her books on the stories of real people who agree to be her main character, some solid twists, pretty fully realized characters — I enjoyed this mystery thoroughly and it would be the perfect summer read for anyone who enjoys a classic-style mystery with an atmospheric setting (c’est moi!)
