Suspension of disbelief required, but otherwise an entertaining (if dated feeling) school story. I feel like this title isn't that different than the Korman books I read and loved in the early 1990s, as it seems rooted in the same old stereotypes of "kids with troubles" and caricatures of adults. Kids who like straightforwardness in their stories might enjoy.
