This duet was easily the best omegaverse read of the year so far. I'm genuinely in love with this universe. I would sell my soul to have Daisy's story TODAY! I NEED IT OKAY ITS GOING TO LIVE RENT FREE IN MY MIND UNTIL ITS FINALLY RELEASED IK IM GOING TO LOVE IT!
Anyways, back to this current book, while I do feel like the guys could have groveled a bit more.. I do like how this book played out. I'm glad I didn't have to wait til the end of the book for them to bond. I liked that the pace picked up a bit and the chemistry never seemed to stall between them. However, I will say, I wish there was a bit more one on one time. Even if there was bonus content of them putting up a Christmas tree or them going on a date or literally anything mundane. I wish we got to see a bit into a relaxed day for the pack.
Dylan- the badass that she is- got over her reservations about being an omega pretty quickly and while I'm sure some people might not like that. I was actually glad that she seemed to grow and trust her pack. She wasn't second guessing and seemed so sure in her decisions once she made them. I truly think she's the best FMC I've ever read. AND THE BALCONY SCENE?? Iconic.
