3.5 stars rounding down. This is a three POV, past-present-future story of three people whose stories are connected... barely. This is a hard one to rate, because I absolutely loved Li Nuan's POV. I thought her story was moving and heartbreaking. The other two stories, I had mixed feelings about. Not because they were bad, but because they were, okay. And I'm still not sure that it was tied up enough for me, at the end. I enjoyed listening to this, and the stories were interesting enough, but overall I didn't find it very impactful.
