Oof…man! This book was so so good! ⠀

I instantly fell in love with both Luis and Sara! Their chemistry leaps off the page, and you just want to root for them! ⠀

I have only been to Key West once (very briefly on a cruise), but this makes me want to return and visit again! ⠀

Even though this book is a romance novel at its core, it does not shy away from very deep and important topics such as death of a loved one, eating disorders, unfaithfulness in a relationship, a family member having cancer, and the disappointment/pressure one feels to live up to a family’s expectations. This book does a wonderful job at dealing with each of these things in a very real way, and doesn’t sugar coat them at all. ⠀
