This is like a better-written version of "After", and that's not really much of a compliment. It was bloated with cliches and caricatures, and there was no real chemistry between the protagonist and love interest. When we got to the part where you could tell the bad boy was the bad boy because he had tattoos (they haven't gotten rid of this cliche yet??) and he stabbed a piece of wood with an awl, I knew I was in for a time. Not necessarily a good one, but...a time. LOL
