I thought I would enjoy this book more, it was far from terrible but the dual timeline was at times a little confusing, particularly given some of the characters change names part way through. Having said that, I did like that in the historical chapters Cora's narrative moved along fairly quickly, with several years covered in one chapter.
The dolls houses sounded beautiful, and the inventiveness around how they were decorated and furnished was interesting, but I found Tildy in particular a little flat
A narrative about sisterhood, friendship, hidden women and so much more
