I am head over heels in love with this book! I was kind of surprised by how well the elements of Cinderella were able to mix in with the tale of Hades and Persephone.
I absolutely LOVE Hayden!!! His sarcasm and humor were just the best! I honestly wish there was more of it. I also loved how sweet and protective he was. The way he placed Priscilla's needs and desires before his own was so swoon worthy. He is now my current obsession. Priscilla was an ok FMC. I really wish there was more growth from her character. We see some of it towards the end, but I just wanted there to be more. I would've liked to have seen a more detailed scene where she asked Hayden all the questions on her mind because some of them were kind of left unanswered as well.
I did enjoy the writing of this story. Again, I do have one gripe about it which is that there are a lot of typos and grammar errors. Not enough to majorly put me off, but there were quite a few. There's also a character that suddenly changed talents from the beginning of the book to the end. I don't know if that is due to the book being on kindle vella first and it didn't get to go through a more thorough editing phase.
I will definitely be reading the rest of this series for as long as it may continue.
