Love, Holly by Emily Stone
4.0

I can absolutely count on Emily Stone to write about a traumatic event, so trigger warning if you have ever been in a serious car wreck- you may need to sit this one out. I love Emily's writing because it is honest and thoughtful. Processing death and sitting in grief and blame and guilt is tough to address in fiction but I think it was well addressed. I love a fresh plot and the Dear Stranger letter intrigued me. The ending hurt, but I knew it was coming. This was a story of grief and hope. This was not fluffy at all; if you are looking for a sad holiday romance, this could be your pick.
