Wow. This book was recommended to me by a friend, and my introduction to magic realism. Did not disappoint. I love Úrsula so much. It was so adventurous and insane and grotesque but amazing. It was a little hard to follow all the similar names, but I love how authentic it was with the patronymics. It felt so real. Reminded me a lot of Crime and Punishment in the utter labyrinth and journey this book takes you on. Very fun but also not haha.
