Verity by Colleen Hoover

5.0

I absolutely loved reading Verity, it was an amazing book to read from start to finish. I will admit this is my second time picking it up but it never fails to give me the creeps. The lengths that Verity went to, the manuscript, it was all just so much! The plot was full and detailed, exactly what I’d want from a thriller.

I will admit that I’m personally team manuscript, I can’t believe that someone who didn’t do those things could write about them like that with such detail. I felt physically sick at some points. Particularly when she described trying to abort her children.

I wasn’t a huge fan of Lowen getting close and having sex with Jeremy, especially since he was still married regardless of what Verity did or didn’t do.

I don’t really have any criticisms of Verity though, one of my favourite books of all time for sure. A 5/5 without a doubt.
