Knot My Sin by Jenn Bullard

DNF at 30%. Hold on because I have to rant.

Harley has been held captive and abused by a pedophile since she was 10 years old. Sold by her parents, she spends 10 years in hell until she grows too mature for her abuser's taste and is auctioned off. She is bought by the omega of a pack who is, coincidentally, there looking for her on behalf of her brother (plot hole 1).

They don't recognize her, which isn't a surprise. All feel an unexplained draw to her but despite having gone to the auction to save an abused omega and ending up with one, they treat her callously and quickly kick her out. They don't even drive her into town. She is told to walk from their house in the middle of nowhere (plot hole 2)

Surprise, surprise, that doesn't go well. Harley goes into her first heat, in the middle of a forest, during a rainstorm, and is lost for three days while the pack tries to find her. Their omega Flynn and their own guilt makes them search for her almost immediately after sending her off. I guess they didn't expect she would take them seriously and actually leave when they told her to go?

She's in a messed up state and nearly dead. Of course they feel awful but primarily because 1) she is the woman they were looking for and 2) she is one of the Alpha's fated mate. She recovers quickly and goes from nonverbal at the beginning to now fairly talkative and even capable of getting aroused despite the traumatic heat and prior abuse. Not to mention her previous admissions to suicidality and a doctor saying she would be real messed up for a while.

The whole pack act like them just saying they are trust worthy and being kind should fix her and one week later, she is smiling and playful. 30% in and Harley has already been betrayed, rescued, miraculously improved, and the guys barely grovel. I can't imagine what the remaining 70% could possibly entail since it seems the whole story is already wrapped up
