The One Hundred Years of Lenni and Margot by Marianne Cronin

3.0

This book took me a long time to finish, partly my own doing, which could be why it only got 3 stars from me. This book was definitely enjoyable, but not a page turner. I liked the premise of Margot and Lenni becoming unlikely friends due to their heath circumstances. Margot’s look back on life was interesting but nothing crazy. I didn’t love how everything about Lenni, who was in fact the narrator, felt like we were being kept in the dark and not getting the whole truth.
I definitely don’t regret reading it, but not sure if I would recommend.
