Happy Place by Emily Henry

i should probably let the book sit with me before i make my mind up on it but this is by far my favourite emily henry book. me six hours ago thought that nothing could ever beat the way beach read made me feel, but the lady’s done it again, this time with an extraordinary, welcome, relevant, focus on friendships and grief and heart ache and fun whilst simultaneously somehow being light hearted. it’s about learning to let stuff that doesn’t work go and communicating with those you love when you’re struggling, because they love you and they want to help you. it’s about self discovery and self reflection and self identity. it’s every thing someone would want in a romance novel
