Batman: Detective Comics, Vol. 1: Rise of the Batmen by James Tynion IV

A covert military operation has been studying Batman for years. Now they come into the light with an army of armored soldiers that fight like him and have similar toys. They also have a Batman worshipping computer genius. It has an interesting twist that Batwoman's (not girl!) father is in charge. It was a good storyline but I'm disappointed with what they did with Tim. :-(
