I wanted so much more growth in the main character and I didn’t get it. Ebony/Indigo was insufferable 90% of this book. While I completely understand her grief and mental health challenges, we stayed with that version of her way too long. I feel like the book was too long but I also think it should have been longer to delve into her healing process. The ending was very fast paced for such a long  narrative.
