This novel is the PRIME example of “I laughed, I cried, I learned.”

Despite some minor self-publishing errors, I knew I was in for a literary journey when I saw Quan Mills’s TikTok about this first chapter; however, I was NOT expecting an emotional journey as well as the social commentary. I’m not privy to the world of “urban pulp fiction” as Millz calls it, but this seemed like if the Boondocks was in book format. I did think once or twice, “Can I laugh?” But Lord I did not expect a lump in my throat. Well played Mr. Millz, well played.
