Taste: My Life Through Food by Stanley Tucci

4.0

4 to 4.5 stars.
I don't normally go for memoirs and I was only drawn to this one as I was looking for a 'book that has recipes' in it for a reading challenge. I thoroughly enjoyed it! I listened to the audio book narrated by Tucci (whose voice I really enjoy). This book was fun, irreverent, full of interesting sounding recipes and love for family/friends and how food can often be a conduit for expressing that love. I am someone who loves cooking and sharing that with my family. I now want to become Stanley Tucci's friend; not because he's famous but because I get him! Food is more than just sustenance. Loved it. I now have to get a physical copy so I try some of the recipes!
