The Son by Jo Nesbø
4.0

Against the backdrop of a rainy Prague skyline, I finished The Son. After overcoming the cardboardness of the language, one of the reasons I don't like translations (which is what I attribute it to), I started to get into the story and root for characters. It's about a son's quest for revenge with few unexpected twists. Quite some Norse noir, but mainly just a fun read.
