This one had been on my list for a long time so it got a little overhyped in some ways. I thought it was going to have more detail about generational trauma.

Moderate: Child abuse, Emotional abuse, Incest, and Rape

Its clearly written for clinicians who are used to hearing trauma histories so those can be a bit intense for folks who dont have as much exposure.
