First, Aure Nash was the perfect narrator for this audiobook! She was a huge part of why I enjoyed it as much as I did. It started out really strong. Fun plot, quirky, vibrant characters (loved the voices), and some laugh out loud scenes. I really wanted to love it, but it just dragged on too long for me. I was fully over it around 75% but the narrator made it entertaining enough to finish. There was just too much time spent on too many side plots. I don’t think the book was bad at all, it just ended up losing me.
