Dead Woman Walking
by Sharon Bolton
I hadn't realized before now, but I have read every book that Sharon Bolton has published. And I love her. This newest novel is no exception - I admit that while it took me longer to get into it than previous books (which I attribute to the gore factor involved with a hot air balloon crash) but once I got past that, it was fantastic - super fast paced, with short, different POV chapters alternating. There were so many twists in the last 50 pages as previously innocuous details suddenly took on a whole new meaning. Definitely worth staying up all night to finish (or being a little late back from your lunch hour).
